All graphics, logos, and promotional materials are the intellectual property of Friends of Fintry Provincial Park Society and are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized modifications, reproductions, or repurposing of these materials are strictly prohibited.

 

Permitted Use:

These graphics are provided solely for the purpose of promoting your participation in Friends of Fintry 2025 events.

Vendors may share them as-is on social media, websites, and other marketing platforms but may not alter, edit, or add to them in any way.

Prohibited Actions:

• Altering, cropping, or modifying the images in any form.

• Using the graphics for any event, promotion, or purpose outside of Friends of Fintry.

• Removing, obscuring, or modifying any logos, branding, or event details included in the materials.

 

Legal Consequences:

Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution of these materials beyond their intended purpose may result in legal action, including but not limited to cease-and-desist notices and potential claims for damages.
