Born in The Czech Republic, Jarka’s been influenced by art and culture from a very young age. Her teacher training included a variety of art classes but most of Jarka’s skills are primarily self taught.

Jarka’s work celebrates the colour, movement and quiet wonder found in the natural world. With a lifelong interest in art, the love of photography and outdoor adventures, Jarka draws inspiration from places and moments that spark interest - from vast landscapes and vibrant scenes to animal portraiture or tiny details in everyday objects she finds fascinating.
