Sharon Bettesworth spent many years as a photography retoucher before pursuing painting under the mentorship of a very respected teacher in the Palm Springs art community.

Her work includes portraits and commissioned pieces honouring loved ones, as well as landscapes, florals and wildlife inspired by nature. She often incorporated mixed media to create striking 3-D effects.

Sharon exhibited and participated in competitions in California, earning positive recognition for her work. Through her paintings, she hopes to bring a sense of peace, tranquility and joy to those who view them.
