A Taste of Fintry is a favourite family recipes celebrating the history and flavours of Fintry, BC. Created by volunteers and community members of the Friends of Fintry Provincial Park Society, this 156-page coil-bound cookbook features more than 100 cherished recipes, 25 historic photographs from the Fintry archives, and favourites served at the Manor House Afternoon Teas at Fintry Provincial Park. A wonderful keepsake for anyone who loves Okanagan heritage, local history and classic home cooking.
